Interesting, but meaningless. Network quality is of most importance and they
did not break that out by region. Nationally they gave Verizon the highest
rating for the network, but if you live in former PrimeCo 1900 Mhz areas,
you probably aren't too impressed with Verizon's network.

The best information on network quality comes from regional surveys done by
non-profits. I.e. where I live, Bay Area Consumer Checkbook did a survey, as
    did Consumer Reports.

I suppose that brand image is loosely related to network quality, but very
    loosely.

Not meaningless. Many factors determine whether folks like their carrier

    COVERAGE
    COST
    PHONES
    CUSTOMER SERVICE

count at different levels for different folks. If Customer Service is an
important factor to you, its useful to know that Verizon is rated high,
    and SprintPCS is rated low.

Depends of course on what is important to you. However, jdpower
surveys are really not that helpful for anything.

Sounds like a SprintPCS apologist who is upset that SprintPCS Customer
Service deservedly rated last in JD Power Surveys.

It is also useful for Phillip and his Sprint PCS (and now ATTWS) slamming
agenda. Facts are unimportant to Phillip unless they can be used to further
    slam Sprint PCS.

After "Phillipe" transformed from "Stewart" to "David", he attempted to be
    clever by typing...

Ok, not having followed the Sprint NG, I'm new to this schitzo "Phillipe"
guy's posts. Just when does he decide to create a new persona, and does he
    think it fools anybody?

Is it every couple of days, every x# of posts, when one handle is in so deep
"someone else" has to bail him out, etc?

I know this will get tiring soon, but right now I find this clown's
insecurity fascinating! It's almost like a game- read a post, guess if it's
Phillipe, then check the headers to see if you win.

I think he thinks he's fooling everyone ... but he isn't.

    All of the above ...

It's quite easy to immediately recognize him ... He's a friggin' broken
record when he posts ... and he's a very silly lying little immature boy ...

He fools himself sometimes ... he outright has conversations between his
    personalities, until he is caught.

Sometimes days, hours, minutes, between posts he will sometimes switch back
and forth and have a conversation with himself.

It gets tiring pretty quickly. The funny thing is he has been posting
occasionally in many of the cellular forums for quite sometime, but it is
becoming a bigger deal now that his has begun bashing other providers, like
    AT&T.
