how do i send a midi file to my nokia 3595 as a ringtone

i have lots of midi files on my pc that i would like to send to my nokia
3595 and make them ringtones. is there a way i can do this through email.
i have outlook express

I have a 3595 also and i have midi's on my pc. do wut i do. if u have like ur own site at yahoo geocities or something, wut u do is jus likeupload the midi to ur website and then on ur fone, go to the 11th menu called Services and then click go to adress and type this : "http://us.share.geocities.com/(your yahoo id)/(filename)" and it works, i have AT&T so i have mMode which is internet so u need that

use myphonefiles (myphonefiles.com) to get a free account, upload to your
private space and then login with your phone, or type send the file to yhe
phone, it will come as a text message with a URL, type that URL in the
phone.
