I called Nokia Guy he said "Yes it's possible(change phone software) but he
can't because agreement between Nokia and Bell mobility.

Bell mobility is there for make money. So, I can download the ringtones by
Bell web site only and Bell charge 1.50$ each ringtones.

The Nokia customer service representative indicated that three features were
disabled
on the phone at the request of carrier, Bell Mobility in this case. These
features are:

a.. Transfer of ring tones;
b.. Transfer of applications; and
c.. Transfer of games.


Agreement between Nokia and Bell mobility. :-(

So get an independent to do the job. Either that or buy the kit to do it
yourself.
