downloading voicemail

Hi folks
is there a way of downloading or otherwise saving voicemail from mobile
phones (mine is Nokia)? Orange (UK) saves them for me on their system for
one week - but some messages need to be kept.
Any ideas please?

depending on which phone you have, you can call the message centre and
listen to the message while recording the conversation. But you need a phone
with a voice recorder,
