Polyphonic ringtone & midi support

Hello,

Is there some resource where I can find which mobile phones support
Polyphonic ringtones and which phones support MIDI files ?

What is the restriction on the MIDI file size or length of the MIDI
tune ?

I am interested in knowing these for Nokia phones as well as Motorola,
Samsung, LG, Sony-Ericsson, Siemens, Panasonic etc.

Any online resource where I can find a comprehensive list ?

Each phone manufacturer will detail what each of their phones support.

It may vary .. I have a Motorola v525, for which I have downloaded full
songs in MIDI format. Some of these are 6 minutes long.
