Is there a program to create Ringtones for All phone?

Hi,

We have a band and want to have our songs available on ringtones for
most phones.

We can get from wav to mp3 okay but need a program to get them to the
phone format and then to the phone.

Any help to do this please?

No, there are too many types of tones. Your best bet is to just make short
MP3 clips and using your own synthesizer make MIDI files. These two formats
will cover most phones.
