    I noticed that in nokia sutie that the transfer ringtones says that no
    supported phone connected i even tryed to refresh. But in other parts it
    says that it is connected anyone know why???

    It may be that you've got the "wrong" version of Nokia Suite for your phone!
    The latest version doesn't work with my 3 year old 8310 as it doesn't take
    midi ringtones, but it will probably still be able to connect for phonebook
    functionality. The Nokia website does help if you follow the guides for the
    phone you need to use rather than the links for Nokia Suite.

    I went to nokia suite to download the suite 6.6 for my nokia 6102 phone that
    is what was there for the downloads for this phone. I can get midi's and
    wallpaper but I can't get transfer ringtones to make mp3's.
