and this was a reply from jon,
yeah yeah whatever.
do you think i really give a damn.
tell me, are you married? have a partner?
if so i wonder if she' d like to experience a realman,
instead of the dickless wonder she has now.
get her to drop me a line if shes interested.
ill look forward to responding to her requests.
of course if she would rather remain ignorant, thats fine, but if that
is the case there is no need for you to continue mailing me.
i really dont give a **** anymore. my point was made, take it like a
man (if you are of course)
I just gave him a bit of his own medicine back but it appears he
doesn't like it...seems you he has learnt his lesson about posting
other peoples email addresses and edited it carefully, much
appreciated but too late for some people on here as several abuse
reports have already been filed this evening.
Whats good for the goose and all that....

Actually the abuse seems to have been sent by you to me - see other part of
this thread. There are some pretty unusual posts from you in these news
groups too.

Maybe if you hadn't put me on the news groups with your liablous
comments you wouldn't be judged by them as is they think you are very
childish and have
been extremely helpful in notifying me of your acts and helping to
resolve them. I look forward to seeing both of our responses from
e-bay as well as O2, Virgin,
Orange, freeserve and my solicitor.

Thanks for your email sent in reply to mine, if I had received your
phone message I would not have sent it but BT Answer doesn't inform
users of waiting
messages unless they use their phone and I haven't until a few minutes
ago when I just noticed your message saying you are perusing the
matter with your
solicitor why I do not know but that is your choice. I had already
ended the matter as far as you were concerned and I was just replying
to the nosy people on
the newsgroups who were trying to by judge and jury without knowing
all the facts. As far as I am concerned the matter is closed but as
far as eBay is
concerned that's a different matter as my email was sent days ago so
there little I can do about that.

Andy YOU are the one who needs to put a stop to things you have gone
to far already. YOU are losing friends on usenet and ebay. As for my
husband he
can look after himself so if you really want to inform the authorities
please feel free to do so . Just remember YOU started all this stupid
nonsense and have
made allegations that are not true. YOU have also done some childish
things on ebay i.e setting up other user names to bid on our items
then leaving negative
feedback. Why did you do that. It was obvious Jimmy would do the same
back to you. It was quite for a week or so but YOU just could not
accept that things
had not gone your way. Jimmy was going to cancel your bid but trusted
you enough to leave it on in the hope you would just call it a day.Now
you have
negative feedback as a result of what YOU did to me. Be honest and ask
yourself if that is what you really wanted? YOU too have made threats
i.e "Wonder
when you are in Grays next", We too have kept every e-mail that you
have sent. How else do you think we would have known all your e-mail
addresses. And
as for what I told Jon, I don't see what difference it makes whether I
thought you worked for o2 or not! I certainly don't feel embaressed
about thinking you
worked for o2, Virgin or MI5 for that matter.
Now let me suggest to you that YOU stop before it gets out of hand as
I reckon I have enough evidence to have YOU done for harrasment, which
I am sure
you will agree is far more serious than a lost mobile phone. Still if
you don't agree we would soon find out when the police get involved!
You were asked last
night to stop, this time I trust you can just accept that you have met
your match and just walk away!

as I had an O2 email
and then threatening to tell Orange as I sold a phone.
I hope I haven't upset you again.....

As they say Andy, the writings on the wall and so many times you have
admitted privately that you were wrong, yet publicly its a different
story.
Lets cut the chase, you use different alias's on ebay to try and cover
your tracks, you bid for items and then not pay for them when you win.
You go around spamming peoples email addresses around, you say one
thing by email yet something entirly different by the newsgroup. You
use different email addresses to try and hide who you are, basically
your a lyer.
All you have done is confirm to many suspicions, now people can see
for themselves the real you. Hopefully if they ever come across you
on ebay or elsewhere they will avoid you like the plague.

Why is it abuse? any isp will have records of all threads on every
newsgroup, they will only have to look thorugh them and see what a
spamming twerp you are and how you spend your time trolling.
As for stalking jon, there are laws against stalking thank god so we
are all offered some form of protection ;-)

Must add to this Andy. Freeserve will also find out that you use
forte as your newsgroup client, your ip address is 217.135.196.55
(well was on your last post) the last post you made was also logged by
freeserve as news7.svr.pol.co.uk 1067378509 11878 217.135.196.55 (28
Oct 2003 22:01:49 GMT)
from this they can trace everything you send and receive over the net,
all this thread, the spamming and your little temper tantrums (and
trace where you threw your rattle)..
Face it you are the one here who is in the stoomp!! You can run, but
you can't hide!!

perhaps you should look at my feedback received over the last few
days. I made my point and the sellers of property that was not theirs
to sell have received warning from eBay and as thats were the problem
started I think thay are the judge. They have yet again thanked me for
my efforts in helping to keep eBay a safe place to trade.

I was reffering to some stupid persons comments that I had done this
before and he was searching the newsgroups to find it. thats what I
meant by not guilty and he has yet to prove otherwise so perhaps he
should put up or shut up.

here here, thanks to all my supporters also.
it would seem that the majority of people who bother to reply on
newsgroups just do it to cause trouble and correct others for petty
mistakes like top posting.
I do my busniess on eBay and its thriving and have never had a
complaint so i don't care what you lot say as most of it is pure ****E

That's their problem.
Do you know your bid and winning was a binding legal contract to buy the
goods?
