I did not send Spam.
Stating an intention to knowingly make a bogus complaint to an ISP is an
illegal threat (or "menace").
Everything appears to indicate that AH rattled everyone else's cage by an
net abusive posting in multiple newsgroups - I suppose the original message
might just have been forged, but then AH's subsequent posts and emails
suggest very strongly that this is his typical behaviour. OTOH I think we
should go lightly on him because he exhibits symptoms of mental ill health,
and he should refer himself to his GP in the first instance.
