problems with Nokia PC Suite & DKU-5 & 3586i

has anyone tried uploading ringtones using the Nokia PC Suite 5 using DKU-5
cable?
I've been having problems with the Sound Converter software unable to update
my 1 month old 3586i.
I've been able to edit my phone book and add graphics, but ringtones and
J2ME just aren't transferring properly?
Anyone encounter similar problems?

Exact same problem with the exact same phone and software . I keep recieving the 'unable to update tone to phone' message. I have tried smaller midi files, different types(type 1 and 0) and fewer tracks but no success.
