req: Coupling tv theme polyphonic

does anyone have the tv theme to Coupling (UK version of course,
although I don't know, perhaps the US version uses the same theme) in
MIDI?

Just look for the actual song - once sung by Doris Day - "Perhaps, Perhaps,
