i have a nokia 282 flip phone & was wondering is it possiable 2 program
it w/ the tracfone prepaid celluar service so i could get cell service

Never happen. Tracfone is very STRICT and controls everything on their
system. You would never get them to activate he ESN, even if you could get
the phone programmed, and you cant.

Where do you live? Cingular still activates analog phones in their
800MHz markets (not the West coast, the Carolinas or NYC, but almost
everywhere else.)

Cingular's PPD rates are cheaper than TracFone as well- 35-cents/min
days, 10-cents N&W, and a $20 card lasts 90-days.
