Nokia 3310 Lights Stay on when Switched off.

I have just aquired a secondhand Nokia 3310. When you insert a battery
the top 4 leds, under the screen light, and stay a light.

Any ideas, or has it ween messed with or the main board shorted.

I dont think its a feature.

Yup it's definately faulty.

YUP everyones right.

New PCB fixed it. The guy I got it from refunded me the full amount for it.

You could see the marks on the pcb, where the water had been.
