I bought some products from metatech.co.uk
they sent me stuff that does not work and blamed me for breaking it
I would never advise anybody to buy from them.
They replied to my first e-mail and accused me of breaking the product now
    they just ignore e-mails

they're legally obliged to replace or repair, inform them you are consulting
Dept of Fair trading (or your equivalent) not to mention of course, tell
them you will be writing on every news group and to every tech mag. Over
here some complaints to the tech mags are followed up by them, big mags with
cloat can't be ignored by the companies.

    Some ideas, good luck

    You tried ringing them ? +44 (0) 131 440 9765

I don't trust companies that hide behind a PO-Box number on their web-site.

They're not "hiding" as such, but i do see your point. However, you can
quite easily found out the address behind a po box by ringing Royal Mail
    Customer Service on 08457 740 740.

Just a thought. Did you buy your purchase with visa or mastercard. If so
you may be able to reclaim your money back. If you contact your card
supplier they should be able to help you out.

Failing that if they have supplied faulty goods, either contact your local
trading standards office or if after trying to contact them and you have no
success try taking out a small claims case at your local county court.

For the record you can find the web site PO Box details from Nominet and
companies house as they are a Ltd company.

    Good luck
