Yes it is. I use the 3650 as a Bluetooth dialup modem with a laptop PC or
Pocket PC about daily.
Bluetooth is the best way to go, if your PC / Pocket PC / whatever supports
it. IRda requires a visual contact and is therefore hard to configure and
often unrealiable.

Re: nokia3650 internet
I've been trying to connect to GPRS using my IPAQ H2210 PPC connecting thru
a Nokia 3650 Bluetooth but fail.
The PPC show connection established and immediately display this message,
"No path could be found to destination"
What's the cause of the above problem? How can I overcome it? What should
I do or set?
I've try making call from my PPC using bluetooth dialling but it's ok.
HOW DO YOU CONFIGURE? CAN YOU HELP ME?
TIA
ANDREW

This sounds like a problem with network settings of your PPC. What do you
have configured in the
Start -> Settings -> Connections -> Asvanced -> Select networks menu, and
there "Programs that automatically connect to Internet should connect
usng:". You should have "Bluetooth settings" (instead of "My ISP" or "My
Work").

I have the following very simple settings in my HP Ipaq H5550 (PPC 2003),
they should work fine with PPC 2002 too:
HP Ipaq: Bluetooth dialup to number: *99#
Nokia 3650: GPRS modem setting: internet (this GPRS access point setting
is country and operator specific)
