Nokia 6820 - Missing Software ? ? ?

Has anyone purchased the Nokia 6820, I'm interested in this because of it's
Blackberry support. However o2 have informed me that the first batch of
these devices do not include the Blackberry support?

You should be able to get your phone updated now, Car PhoneWarehouse in
Milton Keynes had 3 in stock today.

What version of code do you have? Mine is V 3.21 dated 14-01-04 You
can get the code by entering *#0000#
I haven't been able to get MMS nor GPRS to work yet.
