sending tones and graphics

Hi,
Can any one help me to get the idea of sending a tone or graphics to a
nokia via the web.
I want to send some to a m8 but have not found a way to do it. I have found
free sms messaging but am unable to send the tones or graphics i have by
that method thanx for any help
