I wish to convert some 3gp video clips (taken on a Nokia 6660) to a "web
page friendly" format for my website.

I have 'wrestled' with an executable 3gptoaviraw.exe that is floating
around, but it seems like a pile of pants.

Any other suggestions for and application and where I can get it.
