PC Sync - Reminders & Alarms not copied (Outlook)

Hi,

I've recently started synchronizing my Nokia 6100 with my home and work computers' Outlook calendar.
At work this is Outlook 2000. At home it's Outlook 2003.
I'm using PC Suite 5.1 as available on the Nokia.com website.

I've searched through the help files and tutorials on this, but haven't been able to find anything.

Here's the problem:
First of all, Reminders on the phone don't get synchronized into Outlook at all (or so it seems).
Not a huge problem, I simply use Memos instead.
Birthdays don't get synchronized unless I've included the birth year.
And here's the most annoying bit - of the various notes (birthdays, meetings, memos), the alarm times I've set, be it on the phone or in Outlook, don't synchronize properly.

Say I've made a Memo in my phone which has the alarm going off at 8am on the same date, the alarm in Outlook is at 0:00 on that day.

Am I doing something wrong?
