help!! nokia 3315..lost password :(

Hi..I have not used my phone in awhile and have forgot my pin number ...I
tried what I thought it was but now it wants my puk number ...I have no
Idea what it is as I cant find my book for it ..has anyone got any ideas
have to solve my problem

Contact your network or SP, they will give you the PUK, but you will need
to prove your identity to them, usually with a pre-arranged password. Do
not enter the PUK incorrectly more than 10 times or you will permanently
block the SIM and will require a replacement.
