What do you want to use Flight Mode for?

I'm assuming it's for the N-Gage games? if I am correct then stop, you do
not need Flight Mode, for most of the games you are most probably trying
(Sonic, Fifa 2004 etc) you don't need any Flight Mode, just search IRC for
    some good working downloads...

And why not try some forums on google search....

    Re: 6600 Flight Mode

This may sound a bit obvious, but I need to use flight mode as I'm going on
a flight this weekend and wanted to use functions on my phone (games, movies
etc) without having any reception enabled.

You'll probably find that the flight crew will be extremely iffy about you
using any phone even if it is in flight mode.

No flight crew or cabin crew I know of will allow use of a phone for
    anything whilst in flight.

BTW can you post at the bottom please.

Thanx for all your advice guys>>

There is no 'Offline' mode in the profiles selection.

I might try downloading the Psiloc prgoram, but i'm sure there must be a way
to enable flight mode without any extra software...?

Surely Nokia did not ovelook this simple tool on such a features-laden
    phone?

Yes, which is sad.. Especially as this is only based on what the thing LOOKS
like. It looks liek a phone, so it's banned. However the guy sitting next to
you may have a PDA or laptop that keeps transmitting bluetooth and wifi and
perhaps even mobile GSM!! But it doesn't look like a phone.........

So: Even with flight mode, you will be playing games in the lavatories only..

    Cheers,

Why what ? Please put your new text below the text you're responding
to so we know what you're talking about. Don't include the entire
post, just enough to establish the context for your new text. That's
what Ivor meant when he posted

    > BTW can you post at the bottom please.

    Okay ?
