7250i IR Driver

I have got the above driver to make my 7250i work as a modem over IR. Where
do i put the file?

Just to expand a bit more, I have the IR driver installed and recognised by
XP. Can i use this device for faxing using the inhouse XP fax?

I'm pretty sure the 7250i doesn't support fax.
