Hi,
Has anyone got a 6310i which restarts.refuses to turn off and scrolls thro
the menu of its
own accord,with no keypad input after a recent Nokia software upgrade?

My mate of mine had recent 6310i where the keylock wasn't working
properly, and it had similar mis-behaving to yours. It was sorted under
warranty.

Needs to be re-flashed again and possibly factory reset (using software not
phone option).
