my 3650 locked for ever!

hi

i installed a software for typing arabic messages in 3650.
after restarting my phone, it stopped functioning at all.
just nokia logo displayed and remained for say 10 mins then just blank
screen while backlit will be on until battery finishes!

any idea?

The firmware is corrupt. The phone will have to go to an authorized Nokia
service agent.
