I recently found an app which allowed pc control over a 6600 via
bluetooth. You could control the camera for example, and capture images
    without touching the phone.

Alas, I have forgotten where I saw it - can anyone help?

I don't have a 6600, but this is making me want to get one! Sounds cool:

Features of Remote S60 Professional 2.12 + WebCam AddOn:

View your phone's screen on your PC
Operate your phone remotely from your PC
Make screenshots, copy them to the clipboard or save them to your PC
Create AVI movies while navigating on your phone
Reduced color modes (256 colors or 16 shades of gray) for increased response-time
Jpeg color mode for better performance when using the camera application

    Camera Preview & WebCam features:

Live camera preview in a virtual window on your PC
    Three different sizes: 160x120, 320x240, 640x480
Jpeg compression or RAW data download
Save a picture or copy it to the clipboard
Camera mode or Webcam mode (FTP upload)

Like Rob i had also heard of this software but didn't know what it was called,
Ive downloaded it now and spent hour's playing around with it :-)
The thing's you can do with it!
even better if you have 200mtr range on the bluetooth on your PC like i have.

I just wish i could get my 6600 to stand up on its own, the bottom is too rounded so it just fall's over!
