I have only seen it as 2W for EU handset previously but it has always been
that figure here in the UK and I take it that is what Ivor was quoting. You
may be talking about a different method of getting a radiation setting that
is used in the states but as you can see from the chart the FCC implemented
there radiation setting in 1997.
