Discount Web sources for Nokia?

Searches for dicount web sources for Nokia phones (without calling plans!)
have pretty much all pointed to ebay, selling a variety of used,
refurbished, hacked, questionable origin, etc. phones. Any recommendations
for a reliable web vendor of NEW Nokia phones (other than paying full list
price by purchasing directly from Nokia)?

Actually I bought an unlocked new 6820 off eBay about a month ago. It
came with the whole kit (charger, CD, manuals). Even though the vendor
was new to eBay, the transaction was quite smooth and I've quite
satisfied.
