Hi
I had Data Suite working just fine with my 6230 using bluetooth.
For various reasons, I needed to reinstall WinXP (and all the latest
Dell drivers).
Now when I start Data Suite and go to Connection Manager, there is no
bluetooth option shown. I can pair the phone and even use it as a
modem, so the bluetooth stack seems OK.
No joy with getting Data Suite to reveal it's bluetooth option.
Any help greatly appreciated.
Laptop is a Dell D800 (nothing useful on the Dell forums or from
Nokia, unfortuntely!).
Thanks....

Did you install the BT stack before or after the Phone Suite? It only
seems to look for a BT stack at install time. I had to re-install Phone
Suite after getting a BT dongle to get them to play ball with each other.

I had a similar problem with my Dell notebook. When I first got my
6230 I downloaded the latest PC Suite 6.2 from the Nokia website but
try as I might I could not get it to connect via bluetooth. As a last
resort I uninstalled 6.2 and installed the version that came on CD
with the phone (5.8 I think) and this works perfectly. Anyone got any
ideas what's up with 6.2??

I've tried both the CD version and 6.2 - same result. Have also tried
uninstalling and reinstalling. A friend has the same machine but
doesn't have the problem. Must be something I missed when rebuilding
the PC, but have no idea what...
