RealNetworks RealOne Player is available for PDA and smartphone platforms.
The 6230 (running on Nokia's own OS) only supports J2ME / Java MIDP
    applications.

There is a Symbian version for Series 60/70 handsets (works v. nicely on my
    7610)

Not available for the 6230 (or any other Series 40 handset).

    I know that, I currently have the 3650, N-Gage and 7610 myself.

Series 60 is the smartphone platform I meant.

    Oh, one more thing:

There's no such platform as "Series 70" currently.

Then you have just answered you're own question haven't you?

"Yes" you can get it (and it works very nicely if I say so myself).
