I have had an HBH-30 & an HBH-35 and they have both sucked big style! The 30
always echoed and lasted about 8 months, it then took SE over 2 months to
replace with a 35. The 35 was OK but also echoed and has now become very
unreliable after about 4 months. I constantly get a lost BT connection after
about a minute of a conversation after the unit switches itself off. Trired
    resetting/repairing etc to no avail.

So am on the lookout for a new headset that is not SE. The reviews seem to
favour the Plantronics M3000 although one worrying factor is that it is
    uncomfortable to wear by accounts.

Just wondering what are people's favorite headsets or which do you think is
    the best???

    TIA.

My favourite being the SE HBH200, good battery life, good audio, no echo,
LCD screen for access to the phone's call list.

I have been using the SE HBH-35 for some 7 months now and have had NO
problems whatsoever. I works fine, not only in general, but also in noisy
    surroundings.
Distance is fine too, I can use it all over our house, from the garden to
the 2nd floor with the phone sitting in the charger in the living room.

    TIA,
    Which phone are you using?

Bernd - ZB here - TIA is my short form of "thanks in advance" :-)

Anyway, to answer your question, I have an SE Z600. However, the HBH30 I had
previously also echoed with my T68i. I have looked at some reviews and I
notice that there are quite a few people complaining of echoes. In fact in
one instance a reviewer stated that SE told him to expect echo in the car!!!

    Re: Favourite Bluetooth headset?

I have echo with the SE BT car kit and the headset, with both phones that I
use (T690 & Z600) It drives the other party mad and they always ask if I'm
hearing an echo (which I don't) but they do!!

Don't know if it's the best, but the HBH-600 works absolutely
    perfect for me.

Greets, Dirk - sorry for recommending SE ;o)

Thanks for posting this, as I'm also going to be looking for a good headset
    for my phone.

Assuming part of figuring out what constitutes, "favourite" includes also
    list "not favourite"...

FWIW, I picked up a Bluetrek G2 for use with my N6230, as the price seemed
good (GBP 40) and I liked how compact it was. I wouldn't buy it again, as
the range is very low (much less than the 10m advertised) but more
importantly it 's very hard for callers to hear me when I use the headset.
I suspect this is due to the short boom. The only environment I can use it
is at home, with no ambient noise. As I purchased it for use in the car --
where ambient noise high for the G2 -- it wasn't a good choice.

Hope you find the right bit of kit.

    Gus

    Re: Favourite Bluetooth headset?

I have a Logitech and it works fine with my T68i...
So far no problems and good sound quality.

    Re: Favourite Bluetooth headset?

I picked up a Motorola HS810 from Best buy for 69.99. They price matched
Circuit City. Great headset....comes with alittle folding boom mic....when
it closes it turns off, reopen and boom its automatically connnect. Great
overall sound, people say its not even noticable. For 70$ you cant go wrong,
before that I had the Belkin, it was ok, but for 79.99$ the motorola was a
    better choice.
