As far as I know, most recommend PSM player, you can download it for free
and it is not that big. However, I didn't tried yet.

I use PolyPhonix Studio- which also allows the connection to the phone
for the transfer of ringtones. It is good because it already has the
profiles of Nokia phones, and will help ensure that the polyphony
level, size and type of instruments are all able to be played on the
Nokia model. I got it from logomanager.co.uk.

Oxygen Phone Manager II ( http://www.opm-2.com/ ) enables to edit
monophonic MIDIs in built-in ringtone editor.
If you will have any questions and or suggestions, concerning our
program, feel free to ask them on our official forum

Oxygen Phone Manager II does not do this for the 6230, although the help
file says it does.
Also it doesn't edit logos.
