I downloaded an video recorder app.
But now I can't remove it with the app manager.
What other ways do I have to remove such an application?

when you turn your phone on, keep the pencil button pressed, until you
got pin code request or your phone boots if you don't have pin code
set. This should boot phone in so-called "safe" mode, and when you try
to remove your app with manager, it should work. If it doesn't, you'll
have to get fexplorer, it's freeware, and manually delete files.
WARNING, this is fairly dangerous, because if you don't know what file
you're deleting, you'll end up with unusable phone.

just browse to x:/system/apps and find the video app you installed where x
is c if you installed to phone, e if you installed to mmc.
completely safe if you just delete its folder, but may leave a couple of
    files elsewhere.
