Nokia 6230: playing files from my MMC in music player

Hey i had my nokia 6230 for ages now and when i want to listen to the
files from my MMC i just go to them and select play but according to
the manual i can put these files into the music player and play them
through there which would be so much better. But in the manual all it
says is that you need to define them to the playlist but it doesnt say
how. does any one know how i do this?

As far as I know, you need to use Nokia Audio Manager (part of Nokia
PC Suite) or similar software on your computer to do this.

There is a 'sticky' thread near the top which give a good desciption of
setting up playlists on your phone:
