Nokia 7110 prob...

when it is switched on it just displays 'Contact Service'

anyone tell me what is causing this and how to fix please? any help welcomed

The 7110 indicates, that you've to go to a Nokia Service Point with your
phone!

more specifically, does it need the software flashing onto it again, can i
do this using a download and my data cable?
