Hello, I have uploaded some mp3's to my phone, but can't get the music
player to play the songs stored in a map on the memorycard. I have two songs
stored in the phone-memory, and it works fine here, but the player can't
find the songs on the card. When opening mediaplayer I can play the songs,
but only select one each time. Can anybody help?
Thanks

Martini,
Sounds like you need to set up a playlist.
See 'sticky' thread about playlists or the one on 'Nokia Audio Manager
Guide' near top of 6230 Support Forum on

I don't think there's any way to do that unless you set up a playlist
and add the MP3s to it.

Re: 6230 and music player
When U try to get the musicplayer to play files you need to have the mp3
files located on the root folder of your memory card.

Re: 6230 and music player
no you don't
I have 5 cds on a 256 card all MP3's
they are in a file I called audio then a file cd1 cd2 cd3 cd4 cd5
If you have a card reader stick them on the card direct from the pc
then on phone go to gallery /card file /stored /and open them updown keys
move them on keys will move the song on to next
you can also play them on loudspeaker with out a headset unlike the radio
you can even set the MP3's as ringtones if you want

Try downloading MobiMB Mobile Media Browser this will allow you to create a
playlist for your music files.
