Win 2k, Professional SP4, all security patches
No recognition of the phone. IT doesn't appear in the list for connect..
Seems to be no reception or ...
Already tried to change max IR speed

Have you tried it with another PC to see if it does have working IR? Even
without software installed, your PC should detect it. Do you know for sure
you have IR turned on in the bios?
