Last Name, First Name Problem With Outlook Nokia 6230 - Head Ache

It is giving me a migraine. Trying to transfer over contacts from
Outlook into a Nokia 6230. They always come as First Name Last Name,
when I need them to come Last Name First Name. I am guessing it is a
problem with Outlook, but they displayed as Last Name First Name in
Outlook. I have fiddled and fiddled with Outlook and now through
myself on your mercy. Any *****ing mistakes due to eyes glazing over.
I am going for a syndol.

Nokia confirmed this a bug with their build in
SyncML client in the phone. A workaround is to
export the data to Excel using nokias pc suite
and to rearrange data as needed. I gues they will
have a fix soon
