6230 & Go To Key Problem...

Every time I press the Go To bottom on my 6230 the phone resets its self and
powers off. I've done a factory reset, the firmware is quite old V3.15?

Well if you have done a factory reset in out of ideas, thats usually the
cure for that problem.

Maybe a reflash?

3.15 had several issues, including this. I suggest you get it flashed
to the latest release (4.44) at your nearest Nokia Service Centre.
There should be no charge as the handset is under 12 months old and
you can specify the powering off issue you are having.
