This errormessage may appear due to the following reasons:

1) COM1 occupied by some other program ( Nokia PC Suite, Microsoft Active
Sync) or device/device drivers (serial infrared, printer, modem).

2) Phone not supported by our program. You can check supported models list
in 'Help' -> 'About' window.

3) Incorrect port settings in 'Tools' -> 'Options' -> 'Connection and
common' -> 'Connection' . Please, check, wheter you have set correct COM
port and 'DAU-9p/F-Bus' cable type.

What phone model and operating system are you using?
