How to safely remove Vmware

Hello every body
could someone please tell me how to remove VMware safely.

Every time i have tried it, it totally mucks up all my connection settings,
and i am unable to connect to the internet at all afterwards. I then have to
do a system restore to be able to fix the problem

I couldn't even fit it onto my phone!
