    Hi,

I have a branded 6630 that I wish to flash with a clean, original 6630
firmware - the way Nokia intended it.

Is it possible to flash the phone using only the dku-2 cable and
software, without having to purchase additional hardware (dongles
    etc.) ?

If so, can someone point me in the right direction to download this
    software?

I've downloaded the Phoenix firmware for my phone
(RM-1_dp_v_3.0_MCUSW3.0445111_EURO.exe), and a Nokia document on using
Phoenix that states that I need Phoenix Service SW 2004.39.7.70 or
later - can anyone tell me where I can download this? If this software
needs a dongle, is there an emulator/crack that I can use to
    circumvent this?

If there really is no option for me, will Nokia service centres do
    this for me?

    Regards,
    Mark.

    Nope.

You'll need an original PKD dongle to use Phoenix, and even if you can find
one it won't be cheap at all.

I doubt it, most official service centres won't flash unbranded firmware
    onto a branded phone.
