Nokia 6230 Desktop Charger

Is anyone using a desktop charger with a Nokia 6230? Nokia's site says
they have no desktop charger, but several cell phone accessory sites
list the DCV-14 as being compatible. I'd like to confirm that before
trying it myself.

No, I don't know anyone else with a nokia phone, but thanks for the
suggestion. I'm still hoping someone here will know the answer.

I use the DCV-14 with my 6230. It's a desktop stand that you can plug your
charger into. You can also plug the DKU-2 data cable into it. The stand
doesn't come with an actual charger or any cables.

Thank you! I just wanted to hear from one person who is using it :-).
I intend to do exactly as you are saying -- use it with a data cable.
I'll be sure to order the cable & an extra charger. Thanks!!

I'm going to use the one I have now to take to work with me. I'd also
like to find a charger for an extra battery. Does anyone know if there
is such a thing for the batteries for this phone? I can't believe how
hard it is to find accessories for these phones, at least here in the
US.

I'm using a DCV-15, and AC adaptor that was included with the phone. Works
great.
