3100 official firmware

Is it possible to get the latest official firmware for Nokia 3100.
Mine comes from a Mobistar pack and shows the "Mobistar" logo at startup.

Is it possible to reflash the mobile with an original firmware ?

If yes, where can I find this firmware and the utility to do it ?

Yes, but the only difference will be that Mobistar are using a custom PPM.

You need more than software to flash a DCT4 handset. You'll need a decent
flashing solution (Twister, JAF etc.) and access to the support FTP to
download the firmware.
