Basically I am having problems with Nokia PC Suite. Having failed to follow
Nokia's instructions when upgrading from v5 to v6 I have remnants of version
5 still in my PC and totally resistant to uninstallation. If I could get v6
working with no problems I wouldn't be worried.
v5 still appears in my programs list. I have no idea how to wipe my system
and start with a clean installation of PC Suite v6.
Hopefully someone else out there has had experience of this problem. Any
suggestions?

Tried downloading the latest version from the Nokia site and installing
that?
When I bought a cable for my 6230, the Carphone Warehouse shop assistant
asked whether I had installed the version on the disc supplied and advised
me to get the website version instead. Said they had had all sorts of
problems reported by people installing the disc version.

search for "nokia registry cleaner", all will be solved, it is a known nokia
problem,
