    I had a number of problems with my Vodafone 6680, and had it replaced, but
    still no better. Firmware was same as yours. I took it in to my local Nokia
    service shop and they sent it back to Nokia. It has come back with
    "non-Vodafone" firmware V2.04.15, and to date, I can't fault it. It is
    missing all the Vodafone crap that it came with, and seems faster, and
    definitely more reliable. Worth following up with Nokia.....
