Hi, i just got a new phone and i ask shop to transfer names from old phone
to new phone but they can only transfer contacts which they copy from phone
to sim card then put sim card to another phone and copy over. problem with
this is if one contact have a few types of phone, then up it will become eg:
andy , andy1, andy2 etc.... is there a better way?

next, they are unable to trasnfer sms or mms. yet when i place my old sim
card to my new phne, i saw SOME sms from my old existing phone appearing.
how come? how does some sms know where to store themselves while others
don't. anyone know the answer? pls reply here thanks
