6600 ''select access point''

Hi!!
I have just unlocked my Nokia 6600 which was locked on the orange network
and have put an O2 sim in it. Everything works ok but every couple of
minutes I get a message saying '' select access point'' with a list of acess
points. I have changd the WAP settings to O2 and it does work and have been
selecting the O2 GPRS every time I get this message. It is now getting on
my nerves as this message comes up even when I am using Tomtom navigation.
Does anyone know how to get rid of this, Please help me!!!!!!!

You could try formatting the phone.
If I remember wrightly, hold down green phone + 3 + * then turn on phone.

easy to do *#7370# to format but dont know why he needs to do this to
select access points
