Hi my work phone was working ok until yesterday and then all the screens
says now is "CONTACT SERVICE" anyone now what this means and what caused it
and how can I get rid of it?

1. Buy a 3410 (which is much better than 3310 and lighter) and use an
unlock code to unlock it to your sim card or a buy cable/LogoManager.
2. Go to a service centre and they will probably charge you £10 to reflash
it - though it may be in the eeprom and not necessarily fix it.
Therefore 1. is the best option as are ridiculously cheap now to buy new and
will get the latest firmware now.

Thanks The Mole,
Didn't really want to do that, wanted to keep the 3310 because it has a
unique cover with some sentimental value. My employer is going to replace
the phone with a 3100. I will just have to keep the cover on the dead phone
in a drawer somewhere!
