Hi,
I was wondering if anyone could help. My friends Nokia 3200 was dropped into
a toilet and so has water damage.
I was wondering how I can go about restoring the phone so that we are able
to get the phone numbers off.
If this isnt possible, could someone point me in the direction of a website
that details how to retrieve the information straight from the phones memory
chip via chip reader.
TIA
D

Providing the battery was taken out promptly, you stand a fair chance of
reviving it. Strip the phone down completely (dismantle instructions at the
UselessInfo site in my sig if you need them) and leave tha parts to dry in a
warm dry area for at least four days. If possible, get the main circuit
board cleaned in an ultrasonic bath.
