anyone know of a proven method to open the network lock on this model?

Only thru the original Network Provider that the phone is locked to,
and only by the original registered owner of the phone.
Think Orange/Vodafone charge around £20-£25 with no problem, O2 don't seem
to want to do them until your at the end of contract, and not sure about 3
but did hear they did charge someone over £100 to unlock one..
